We are now looking for a HR Assistant to join our Team.
As a HR Assistant you will a support the entire organization, with duties in recruitment, document creation and maintenance, information tracking, training, and special projects.
Assists with the administration and day-to-day operations of talent functions and duties, such as staffing logistics, communications, employee records, documentation processing, and report preparation.
Develop recruitment strategy to identify and hire quality employees, analyze staffing needs, review laws and policies, identify sourcing strategies, as well as develop and communicate staff acquisition strategy.
You will participate in operational aspect of the department, maintain performance improvement activities for our team, participate in activities, and performs other duties as assigned.
This is a Full Time HR Assistant position with Systematic Growth team based in Stockholm.
Qualifications:
Experience: Experience in general administration and Human Resources 1-2 years.
Other: Basic Computer Knowledge. Knowledge of HR support in recruiting/placement, or, staffing. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Strong written and verbal skills.
Preferred Experience: Human Resources experience preferred.
Preferred Other: Additional language preferred.
