Our client Hill-Rom is a leading worldwide manufacturer and provider of medical technologies and related services for the health care industry, including patient support systems, safe mobility and handling solutions, non-invasive therapeutic products for a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions, medical equipment rentals, surgical products and information technology solutions. Because of a parental leave from March until June, the company need a temporary HR Advisor.
Job description
The HR Advisor provides operational guidance, advice, support, and knowledge in all facets of Human Resources (HR) to mainly supervisors and employees in the company. (payroll, policies, procedures, talent management, recruiting, compensation, health & safety, training and employee relations).
Key responsibilities:
• Payroll administration.
• Support in recruitmentprocess, working closely together with managers.
• Support to organization and managers in all HR Processes like yearly salary review, Employee Engagement, Development plans, etc.
• Support to managers in legal compliance issues.
• Adopt an active support in implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Planning and execution of the administration tasks related to the areas above.
Your Profile?
The relevant competences and experiences which are important for this role are:
• University Degree (MSc or Bachelor) in Human Resources or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5-7 years' experience of broad HR work.
• Experience of payroll administration.
• Good knowledge in labour law.
• Experience from working in an International setting.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
