AMRA is a ground-breaking international digital health company at the forefront of medical imaging and precision medicine. AMRA was founded in 2010 as a spin-off of Linköping University, Sweden, with the aim to support transformative care and vital decision-making from clinical research to health and wellness. The company has developed a new global standard in body composition assessment, the ability to automatically produce multiple fat and muscle biomarkers with unrivaled precision and accuracy, as well as contextual disease insights - all from a single whole-body MRI.

We work with the world's leading pharma companies and academic hospitals in the world.

Job Assignments

As AMRA is scaling up business, we need to grow our Human Resource department, which is responsible for the processes aimed to attract, keep and develop the human resources within the company. We are now looking for a HR Administrator whose responsibility will be to assist our HR Officer who is operating as a consultant on part-time basis. The HR Administrator role at AMRA is an operational role based at the AMRA Medical AB headquarters in Sweden, serving both AMRA Medical AB (including employees in UK and Norway) and AMRA Medical Inc in the US.

The role includes working with HR administrative tasks connected to the following areas:

• Policies, routines and agreements
• Recruitment and consultant contracts
• Introduction and training of new employees
• Role descriptions and Competence Management
• Statistics and follow-up

You would also participate in the development of systems and processes for all HR areas as AMRA continues to grow in an international environment.

The position is placed in Linköping, Sweden.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you have 2-3 years of experience in HR administration in similar lines of business, which has given you experience of dealing with daily operational HR issues and administration. You have a degree in HR management, behavioral science or comparable. Excellent language skills in English and Swedish are required.

You have a positive mindset, like to get things done and you are a team player with the ability to self-management. You have a natural ability to co-work at all levels in the organization and you have great interpersonal skills as well as a communicative ability both verbally and in writing.
