Presentation
On behalf of one of our clients, a large international company in the fashion industry, we are currently looking for a service minded person for their global IT helpdesk. In the role you will work with a young team helping users on a global scale. The assignment which is full-time and temporary will start immediately.

Utbildning/erfarenhet
We want you to have at least one years experience with similar tasks within an IT organisation and experience working with Windows XP, Active Directory and MS Office. You also have good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
We see it as an advantage with knowledge of ITIL processes.
As a person you are a service minded, positive and communicative team player. You are also a fast learner with excellent administrative skills.
