hela Sverige A-hub is looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our innovative and forward-thinking team. If you are passionate about ensuring a safe and sustainable work environment, this opportunity is for you!
Main Responsibilities of the HSE Specialist Develop, implement, and manage health, safety, and environmental programs and policies.
Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Conduct regular training sessions for employees on health, safety, and environmental practices.
Lead investigations of incidents and near-misses, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory agencies.
Implement emergency response plans and lead emergency drills.
Who We Are Looking For Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of HSE legislation and best practices.
Leading roll in the project supposed to deliver project HSE plan (BAS P) and maintaining and executing it at site (BAS U).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
