GLAS is now looking for an outstanding sales leader and sales representative for the role of Head of Wholesale.
The role of Head of Wholesale is a varied role, both operational and strategic with a strong focus on profitable growth. You will play a vital role in helping us take the business to the next level as we continue to grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining existing and building new partnerships with our agents and distributors
• Developing and implementing a strategic plan to reach our sales targets
• Recruiting
• Leading and coaching your future colleagues within trade marketing, merchandising and sales
• Keeping close contact with our customers
• Developing, negotiating and managing agreements with key distributors and agents
• Working on finding distributors and agents to support us in Target Regions
We believe that you are a person who wants to be part of a company where the focus is on growth, creativity, and innovation. You should be driven by selling, negotiating, and thinking strategically with a strong ability to turn plans into action. And if you also constantly are on the lookout for opportunities and improvements, then we're a perfect match!
We also expect you to have experience of international and cross-functional work with a proven record in fashion/accessories/lifestyle/cosmetics or high-end consumer goods.
But most important of all, you have a passion for understanding customers and their behavior.
