The Head of TV and Entertainment will be responsible for one of the most pivotal and complex roles within Telia's B2C business. Sitting within a unique position in the Nordic TV market following the acquisition of Bonnier broadcasting, this individual will lead a broad TV and Entertainment business. In a highly competitive space, this individual will be able to play an integral role and define the future of this space.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This leader will be accountable for the full TV and Entertainment commercial agenda with P&L of SEK 3.5B+ within Consumer Sweden as a key member of the Consumer Management Team.
It will be necessary to create business and operational strategies and translating direction into commercial strategy.
Drive the concept development, offerings, commercial bets and the customer experience road map for all TV and OTT products (future extension into e-sports and gaming services also a potential area).
Develop the content strategy and investment framework to ensure a cutting-edge TV & OTT service.
Embed the role Media in the context of Convergence and the overall Consumer business.
Be the strategic hub to drive development, marketing, sales and support through the other functions within Telia Sweden and the Group.
Dare to challenge the current, Simplify the complex and Care for our customers, co-workers and our society.

Is this you?
EXPERIENCE:
Relevant commercial background
Proven track record from achieving commercial business targets through commercial positions and solid business understanding of the Media business, especially in conjunction with the telecommunications sector.
TV/media product knowledge
Commercially driven with experience from business and product development, packaging, pricing preferably within the TV or media environment. This will be someone who has developed IT and technology partnerships.
Relevant leadership
Established leadership acumen; i.e. 5+ year record of managing leaders in a similar-sized organization with coaching mindset.
