Head of Supply Northern & Central Europe (NOCE).
Interested to lead one of our top customer units globally for Supply? We, Group Supply EMEA, are responsible for fulfillment of all hardware and software deliveries to all customers through Market Area the Middle East & Africa and Europe in EMEA, we develop, and handle supply chain based on service level requirements and cost efficiency. We implement our responsibilities through a global organization. We are now recruiting to the position of Head of Supply NOCE within Group Supply EMEA MELA. In this position, you will report to the Head of MELA Supply and be a member of Group Supply EMEA MELA leadership team.
You will
Be supply delivery responsible for one of the biggest CU's globally in terms of volume
Secure supply early involvement in pre-sales phase and secure accurate forecast from CU
Secure efficient supply chain set up for deliveries to all the customers in NOCE
Manage customer contract execution in both deliver and return flow
Secure distribution and inventory management for NOCE regions
Drive efficient supply chain flow and cost for related countries in the CU
Critical issue and prioritization management for related regions Competence Profile
You will bring
As a leader in Group Supply EMEA organization you are open, adventurous and interested in people and business. You like challenges and have the ambition to promote an outperform team. You strive to expand you and your team's knowledge and experience. Broad knowledge about Ericsson Customers, Products and Supply Chains is a key for success in this role, as well as good networking with other functional areas within Market Area and Business Area. You will lead operative tasks and drive strategy executions. You should be business minded, result oriented and have a strong curiosity about Supply Chain methods and tools.
To be successful in the role you must have
University degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics or equivalent working experience
Broad experience in Supply related areas and established network within Ericsson Supply and Market Area network product and service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Senior leadership experience, minimum 5 years line management experience, preferably from Supply or Services
Highly developed skills in leadership, networking, communication, stakeholder management and teambuilding
Russian language is a plus but not required
