Your role
We're looking for a Head of Supply Chain supporting the markets in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the Baltics, by developing and leading the Supply Chain area, that consists of Demand Planning, Customer Service and Logistics.
This role is part of the Market Unit leadership team, responsible for defining, developing and deploying the Company's strategy across all functions of the business.
Main Accountabilities:
The main focus area will be to lead the team on:
• Demand Planning:
o S&OP,
o Demand & Promo/Activity planning,
o Repack forecasting,
o Obsolete management
• Customer collaboration:
o Drive (SC) process optimization with key customers e.g. order/drop optimization, nominated delivery days, etc.,
o Building relationship with Supply Chain Customers,
o Discus monthly/Quarterly KPIs
• Be the portfolio rationalization lead/ambassador in the Market Unit
• Define route to market for white places
• Warehousing & Outbound logistics:
o 3PL contract management,
o Optimize cost to serve per Customer,
o Set delivery trade terms.
• Lead, develop and manage the Supply Chain team.
Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:
This is a great job for you, if YOU:
• Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education attainment in a related field;
• Have wide Supply Chain expertise, namely in customer service, demand forecasting, Business Planning, managing distributors and Project Management;
• Have market experience;
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
