Service business is one of the key areas within Alfa Laval and we are now looking for our next Head of Service since our current colleague is retiring. This is a chance to contribute with your managerial and technical experience in our global green tech company.

About the job
As Head of Service for Food Heat Transfer, you are in charge of developing and implementing the service strategy and business plan and you ensure accurate and prompt support to our sales colleagues globally.
You will be heading up a team of 5 people that holds deep technical and commercial knowledge about heat exchangers and the food industry, such as dairy, beverages, pharma, sugar, starch and ethanol.
You will report to the Business Unit President of Food Heat Transfer and be a member of the management team.
You will be based in Lund.

Qualifications
We see that you are a driven leader with proven experience in managing both people and organisations in change. You have a technical education and have several years of working in processing industry.
You have knowledge and experience from some Service business and are fluent in English.
