We are now looking for a Quality Manager to be a part of our Business Support Function at Business unit Underwater Systems. You will lead a team of around five employees and work closely with Head of Business Support. The quality function is responsible of supporting the BU and the BU Management team with Quality assurance in all our business processes (PLCM, Winning Business, Execute Business) and to drive the quality improvement within the organization. You will with the external customer perspective support our contract execution through the program quality managers.
As Head of Quality, you will be leading and contribute in the work of the function's areas of responsibilities. You will manage the processes for Objectives & KPI management, Management Review as well as other quality and improvement aspects.
The role also requires;
* Analysis of customer quality requirements and their consequences for the executing organization in Win Business
* Own or lead Operational development projects as required
* Support in product management, especially concerning product quality
* Analyze and support the Business Unit with the need for local adaptations of our main processes
* Internal auditing within the BU and our customer contracts as require
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in quality management roles. As Head of Quality, you will need to possess strong business acumen; understanding the quality requirements impact on business success. You will focus on achieving results through a team effort and contribute to the BU's overall strategy.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:
* Good understanding and proven knowledge of main industry standards, (ISO 9001/14001/45001/27001, AQAP 2110).
* Experience with commercial contracts and how to interpret customer requirements.
* Experience from and strong drive for change and improvement management.
You are a confident communicator in both Swedish and English and you easily share information in a clear and relevant manner, both verbally and in writing.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional requirements on citizenship may apply.
