Work tasks: We are looking for a Head of Learning and Development, to lead the Learning & Development organization globally. This will include develop learning strategy, plans, processes, and tools supporting the Ericsson business. The position is located in Kista, Stockholm and you will report to the Senior Vice President and Head of HR & Organization. As the Head of Learning and Development, you will also work closely with the Global HR Leadership team which consists of the HR heads of the Businesses, Regions, and Group Function areas as well as with Business Units and Group Functions. You will lead, either directly or indirectly, a team of learning leaders across the enterprise to drive a cohesive strategy and execution for Ericsson. GF Learning and Development main responsibilities are to: Provide the overall strategy, design and execution of a Best In Class Learning organization. This includes: Understanding the critical competencies for business success and building a Learning strategy, structure and operational plan to ensure we are developing the critical competencies necessary to win in the market. Effectively and efficiently running a global Learning operation delivering daily to the needs of the business, across the enterprise. Working with the organizations to manage the global learning spend for the company in the most effective and efficient way You will also: - Drive and coordinate learning strategy together with other key internal stakeholders - Coordinate learning activities globally for effective and high quality learning solutions - Develop a global framework, policies and funding model for learning - Manage global learning suppliers - Develop and improve Ericsson Academy internal web portal for both instructor lead trainings as well as web-based tutorials and e-learning Qualifications: - Experience in driving global large scale learning organizations and having managed a significant sized budget and team - Broad business leader experience - Bachelor degree, MBA preferred - Ability to lead and motivate high performing teams - Knowledge and understanding of learning market trends and Best in class practices - Global mindset and ability to drive results in a matrixed organization - Excellent communication and presentation skills
