Position: Head of HR
Reporting to: Regional Financial Controller (Scandinavia)
Location: Arlanda Airport, Stockholm

Delivering a consistent and reliable operation, focused on meeting the needs of our airline customers, is at the centre of everything we do.

We are now looking for an interim Head of HR during 9 months of parental leave:

Main responsibilities:
• Management of the HR department
• Implement HR policies and programs,
• Handle all aspects of employee relations and development plans.
• Have a consultative and coordinating role as a competent advisor to leaders and executives.
• Coordinate information regarding HR internally and externally
• Participate in various projects
• Responsibility of HR Budget and HR Business plan
• Manage negotiations and councils within the HR area
• Manage and coordinate staff welfare and rehabilitation
• Continuously seek and implement improvements and cost savings within the HR area
• Contact person to external partners, organisations and companies within the HR area

Qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, five to 10 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, and evaluation.
• Experience in recruiting and staffing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team or committee.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to deal effectively with all levels of the company organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to work in a constantly changing environment.

Working Hours: Full time
Duration: Temporary
