ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated Global Head of PMO with a drive for project portfolio management. You will make our strategic execution of important projects across the Group a success. You will join our Global Finance Leadership Team reporting directly to PolyPeptide Group CFO. Your primary work location will be in Malmö, Sweden.

Are you eager to play a leading role in developing our PMO (Project Management Office) setup? And are you comfortable working in a dynamic international work environment with multiple stakeholders to make projects successful? Then you might be the person, we are looking for.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
As Global Head of PMO (Project Management Office), your primary responsibility will be to:
• Establish and manage the global PMO framework for successful project management and execution of projects. The main focus will be on CAPEX, IT, and Innovation projects.
• Ensure full overview of the project portfolio regarding scope, time plan, costs, and investments in close collaboration with our Global Head of CAPEX Management and the network of project leaders in various parts of the organization.
• Create transparency and ownership in the project portfolio to obtain the right balance of projects enabling realistic execution of the strategic plan of the Group.
• Feel responsible that agreed project targets are met by managing an appropriate project reporting and controlling including regular progress measurement and relevant KPIs, and by taking proactive initiative for follow-up and clarification in case of arising deviations or risks to project success
• Drive cross-functional resource planning and performance reporting on all projects
• Enable project managers and project owners across the organization to make their projects a success. Organize, lead, and develop project management capability, methods, tools (i.e., project portfolio management system, internal project management manual), and capacity in the organization
• Training of project leaders and functional leaders on best practice in project management
The position is newly established, and you will have the possibility to impact the direction of the role.
YOUR PROFILE:
• You hold a master's degree in Business and have a minimum of 5 years' experience from a global company where you have been working with projects, portfolio and change management. Experience within a regulated environment such as life science or technical products is a plus.
• You have experience in leading change in an agile environment, and excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools
• Ideally, you have gained experience with Capex, Innovation, and IT projects.
• You are a team player, and you get energized by driving and facilitating change and impact through others. You will be dealing with a variety of different stakeholders, which requires your ability to balance multiple interests and to provide alignment, direction, and clarity. You focus on sparring and coaching, using your situational leadership skills.
• It motivates you to challenge the status quo in your pursuit of continuous improvement and process excellence. You are results-oriented, and good at planning and following-up on activities, able to maintain the full overview on a large variety of ongoing projects and priorities.
• As a person, you are characterized by a strong commitment, a positive attitude, and a high level of personal engagement. You have strong communication and presentation skills.
• You are fluent in English and French would be an asset.
