The Team
At Entercard, we're building compliant, inclusive, and human-by-design digital journeys across the Nordics.
Our Digital Function brings together Product, Technology, and Experience to deliver best-in-class customer and employee journeys across all our digital channels - App, Internet Banking, Application System, and Salesforce.
As Head of Digital Experience, you'll work closely with the Chief Digital Officer and the Digital Leadership Team and lead a multi-market team of UX, UI, and Research professionals. You'll collaborate with Digital Products, Technology, Compliance, Customer Service, and Commercial to ensure every release is consistent, auditable, and customer-ready.

Your Role at Entercard
You will set and lead our cross-channel Digital Experience Strategy, ensuring that every product and feature meets clear standards for design quality, accessibility, and compliance before it goes live.
You will:
• Own and evolve our design system and component library to drive reuse, efficiency, and defect reduction.
• Embed experience governance across Digital - defining standards for accessibility, inclusion, and readiness.
• Translate insights into measurable outcomes, reducing rework, improving accessibility, and increasing customer satisfaction across digital channels.
• Champion inclusive design and represent Digital in compliance and audit forums with documented evidence of readiness.
• Co-lead governance with the Head of Digital Products, aligning roadmaps with experience, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
• Explore innovation opportunities, including AI-assisted UX and accessibility tools, to accelerate design quality and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and inspire UX, UI, and Research colleagues across markets - fostering a culture of quality, clarity, and collaboration.

What You Bring
• Proven leadership in multi-channel digital experience, ideally within regulated or financial environments.
• Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centred design processes.
• Ability to balance customer impact, compliance, and delivery speed through structured governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional and multi-market teams.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; fluent in English (one Scandinavian language is a plus).
• Curiosity, empathy, and discipline - a mindset that turns governance into an enabler of creativity.
