Description of tasks
Head of Competence Readiness and Web Manager for IPR & Licensing is a role having the overall responsibility for Competence Readiness in the IPR & Licensing organization together with the Manager role which connects to related tools.
The responsibility of Head of Competence Readiness includes providing proactive performance consultancy to business leaders to address competence needs and ensures continuous communication and visibility of learning opportunities and impact to drive a high impact learning culture. Drive Change Management in relation to competence. Work in partnership with unit Leadership Teams, competence drivers and other stakeholders to secure competence and to increase performance. This by ensuring effective and efficient learning solutions are planned, developed and implemented at a unit, function and individual level with clear alignment to business strategies and job requirements.

The Web Manager role is having the overall responsibility for the internal IPR&Licensing organization Web and related tools. The responsibility includes the following:
Coordinate web activities with the web editors in IPR&Licensing.
Maintain and Develop new ways of working for communicating in cooperation with Marketing & Communication in IPR&Licensing.
Be part of Web Managers Forum in Ericsson.
Overall responsible for arrangement and use of IPR & Licensing Ericoll (Microsoft Sharepoint platform) where.
Overall responsibile for arrangement and use of IPR & Licensing Eridoc.
The role have the following Interfaces:
Interface with the IPT team, change board and project office, leadership teams and all employees in IPR & Licensing, Web managers forum, IPR & L Security work group and Ericsson Academy.
The following Competences are required:
Patent competence is a requirement.
Bach. Degree or equivalent in EE, Telecommunications, Physics, or equivalent.
Appropriate knowledge in the general telecommunications area is required
A degree/qualification in learning area is desirable.
It is required to have:
Skills in the Ericsson tools: Web, Play, Ericoll and SharePoint, Eridoc and Yammer and an interest in following the development of these tools.
Ericsson Security skills
Organizing skills
Collaboration skills
Communication skills
Microsoft Office including Powerpoint and Excel.
Change Management and Project Management competence is an advantage.
