To support in this journey we are now recruiting to our new functions within Finance Way & Innovation Office.
Finance Way & Innovation Office's purpose is to establish a centre of excellence with the aim to drive & support in the areas of process mgmt, program/project mgmt. and being the centre for governing change and digitalisation etc.
We are looking for a Head of Business Development & Strategy, who will support and challenge our core processes and ways of working, on an overall and cross functional level. You will support that all parts of Finance focus and work according to our common processes, methods and tools, also improving the business by using new enablers such as automation & digitalisation. You will report to the Head of Finance Way & Innovation Office and your workplace will be in Södertälje. You will in this role also work in close cooperation with the Scania Way network in order to bring the good practise into Finance and Business Controls ways of working but also contributing with our specific challenges back to developing Scania Way. You will report to the Head of Finance Way & Innovation Office and your workplace will be in Södertälje. Knowledge and experience required
We are looking for you as a driven leader with proven experience in managing both people and organisations in change using SPS/SRS. You have good knowledge and passion about Scania and our way of working, guided by our core values, principles and thinking model. We think that you have great skills in building teams, cross functional work, are communicative, have a strong drive for improvements and that you become energized by challenges.
Your profile
You have an academic background in Finance and a proven experience of financial work, used to work with business and financial processes and organizational development. You are skilled at acting and guiding based on different methods and tools in change management as well as used to preparing and presenting decision material on an executive level. The work includes international contacts, so you communicate fluently in both English and Swedish.
