In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Play a leadership role within the Balance Sheet Analysis Function and be responsible for the risk framework (risk identification, risk assessment, risk limiting, risk monitoring, risk reporting, etc.) of all capital, liquidity and insurance risk issues including analytics, development of management information and stress testing
• Take responsibility for the backbone of Swedbank's solutions for Asset Liability Management risk framework
• Identifying potential internal and external structural risks for the bank, ensuring they do not adversely affect the bank
• Leading and developing a high performing BSA Team you will be a seasoned Group Risk ambassador, building and managing and building cross-functional relationships including those with Group stakeholders, to ensure appropriate engagement in BSA activity.
• Have a close dialogue with internal and external stakeholders to form a good understanding of the regulatory and business needs in the area
• Set clear directions and prioritisation for the team considering internal and external requirements
• Drive improvement, process optimisation and performance across your teams
• Participate in and contribute to Group ALM and Risk Aggregation Management where we take pride in sharing knowledge
• Drive and ensure progress in key transformation initiatives and cross area solutions
• Take responsibility for own development roadmap, investment planning, budgeting and financial follow-up
• Be the leader of others to support and inspire excellent performance in line with Swedbank core values
• Support the team to understand how it contribute to the bank's Strategic Direction
• Encouraging collaboration across the organisation, both locally and within the whole Swedbank group
What is needed in this role:
• A genuine interest in leading and developing a high performing team
• Demonstrated strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Structured, solution oriented with a strong driving force
• Used to working independently with high level of responsibility and are comfortable in decision-making
• Deep understanding of the business in combination with a general technology understanding
• Experience from coordinating large initiatives spanning over several business areas and teams
• Well documented experience in stress testing and economic capital modelling and usage
• Strong understanding of capital markets and balance sheet management techniques.
• Fluency in English; verbal and written
• Strong academic background in Business & Economics, Business Administration or other relevant area
