What you will do:
As our Growth Manager, you will be in charge of executing, developing, and maintaining our multichannel marketing strategies across SoMe and paid platforms such as Google and Capterra. You understand that utilize both inbound and outbound marketing to generate brand awareness and demand.
• Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans across paid and organic channels
• Ensure that the right content meets the suitable targets at the right time
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers and each customer's journey
• Maximize the potential of CRM and marketing automation to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks
• Lead A/B testing strategies across channels
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily
• Deliver performance reports and presentations
• Measure and analyze campaign success and outcomes
• Setup account-based marketing campaigns and strategies
About you:
You are an experienced revenue-based marketer who understands the importance of a brand's presence at each step of the customer journey. You know that tailored content that meets the needs and requirements of each step is essential to generate demand that converts into Sales-Accepted leads effectively. You are a fast and independent worker that performs well with goals and deadlines. You are flexible, prestigeless, and enjoy an international environment where teamwork across the globe is vital. You understand B2B / SaaS marketing and the importance of a successful collaboration with Sales.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience with a documented track record
• A comprehensive understanding of modern marketing tactics - such as outbound and inbound marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, ABM, social media, and email marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Expert-level knowledge with industry-standard tools - such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Advertising, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and CRM's such as Salesforce or similar
• Advanced analytics experience - ability to quickly translate and understand critical data points, recognize trends and make calls to optimize campaigns when necessary (CTR, CPM, CPL, engagement metrics and ROI data)
