There are great opportunities to offer our welded heat exchangers to make customers' processes more efficient. Global Technology in Business Unit Welded (WHE) is reinforcing the team to capture existing and future business opportunities. We are looking for a person who would like to make a difference, a person who is looking for a challenging job and who would like to drive the refinery business within our Business Unit.
About the job
You will be part of the Welded Global Technology team which belongs to our Global Sales organization.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Optimizing our customers processes, improving their profitability and sustainability using our solutions.
* As a regional business manager, drive and develop the sales in the Refinery industry, both direct and through interactions with the sales companies.
* Support technology conversion, lead generation and quotation activities.
* Application know-how owner.
* Deliver training/learning activities for employees, business partners and end-user customer to secure knowledge about our solutions.
The position is based in Lund. You will have a regional business responsibility and should enjoy travelling globally about 50-60 days/year.

You have the ability to inspire and drive technology conversion using a challenger sales approach. You are a strong change agent and drive efficiency improvement.

What you know
You have a university degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Experience from the refinery or chemical industry is a plus. Minimum three years of relevant experience is a requirement. You must be excellent in verbal and written English communication.
