You get the opportunity to develop the organisation and at the same time develop yourself in our SPS system in order to support the P&L organisation to reach the Desired state targets.
Do you want to be a part of a team that is in the lead of developing our Global Scania Production System?
The Global SPS Office is a global team of about 10 people with profound experience within the P&L organization. The mission is to develop, train and coach the organisation in SPS leadership as well as in tools and methods. As a team member you will be assigned to lead projects within new development and act as trainer and support to the organisation with already developed tools and methods.
Your work task and duties
Project management and development of new methods and tools within our SPS system
Training and coaching our management teams in SPS leadership and existing SPS methods and tools
Supporting the P&L organisation in implementing and applying our SPS tools and methods

Do you have this background?
Thorough management experience from Production and Logistics, including PRU management team
Good knowledge in SPS
Good communication skills with ability to teach as well as to listen
Good language skills in Swedish and English, other languages is a merit
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office softwareIs this you?
Structured, analytic and open minded
Genuinely interested in SPS
Able to work with details and see the big picture
Team player with good skills in building relations on all levels in the organisation but also able to work independently
High working capacity
Goal oriented

The position is situated in Södertälje within Production and Logistics. It is a permanent position with regular office hours Monday - Friday, some travelling required.
