What you'll do
Set up and support the sales and purchase plan process, as well as support in analysis
Support B2B platform (together with Global Commercial Manager develop B2B commerce)
Support Commercial manager in ad hoc sales analysis for B2B and B2C business
Build dashboards in PowerBI to monitor commercial and sales insights
Manage and improve Customer approval process
Monitor sales companies act according to Order guidelines
Support OKR process
Analyze and share what's on 'Free to sell' weekly/bi-weekly to sales companies
Ensure close cooperation with the local markets to secure a good balance between a local and global perspective.
Who you are
At least three years in data analytics / developing User insights
Experience working with consumer user centric Brands; preference that this includes data sets from different geographies
Relevant analytical degree e.g. Mathematic/ statistics, computer science, engineering
Experience developing insights from both external research and internal data sources for commercial, teams
Experience from working in international organizations covering/supporting several markets
Logical thinker with 'data mindset'
Ability to express analytical findings simply with clear 'so what' recommendations for what the business needs to do differently:
Solid foundational data manipulation skills
Correlation & factor Analysis
Time series analysis & "Recent Frequency Value" modelling
Basket analysis
Experience of using SPSS & SAS (basic usage, data manipulation)
SQL basic usage
Strong Excel skills
Strong user of Powerpoint and keen eye for data visualization
