Global Purchasing is a fundamental contributor for the achievement of the company objectives and is part of the Global Purchasing organization. We approximately control a value of roughly 62 BnSEK.

In global Purchasing we are about 525 colleagues of different nationalities operate both at global and regional level in an international and dynamic environment where we collaborate within a panel of international suppliers engaging them with with with our internal business partners like, Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, Marketing, HR, Finance etc.
We rely on building a strong cross-functional cooperation with all internal business partners. We are experts in supplier relationship, stakeholder engagement and process execution. Supplier relationships are value - not price - driven, investing time with preferred suppliers. We know all our stakeholder needs, establish long-term, value driven relationships and earning a seat at the table with our key stakeholders. The value based sourcing process is a process covering strategic sourcing, supplier relationship and procure-to-pay. It is a circular process allowing for value capture over time evin if purchasing is involved late in the sourcing process. We focus on innovation, quality and development of, long-term relationships with our strategic suppliers. Sustainability and continuous improvement are the elements that are underpinning our relationships.
With the value-based-sourcing initiative we drive, through the involvement of key suppliers in the development stage, globally harmonized technical and commercial solutions. By co-designing suppliers' production process and the component, we want to guarantee the best-in-class quality, cost, and flexibility for our customers globally.
As we operate in an international and competitive environment, Purchasing is sometimes quite challenging. We rely on our well-developedped social skills and good set of technical or financial attributes to get us through the day..
We are offering a long-term, full-time position as Global Purchasing Performance Controller at our headquarters in Stockholm. This role will be part of the Group Purchasing Finance and report to the Global DM purchasing controlling manager.
Tasks:
• Plan & actively Drive the performance reviews cycles under guidance of the Global DM Purchasing Manager as well as actively drive our transformation projects to ensure that global purchasing targets are met.
• Prepare and analyse global purchasing comprehensive Balanced Score card and run the periodic performance reviews
• With an eye for detail coordinate, validate, secure the quality of purchasing data
• Actively run the transformation projects with group purchasing finance
• Ad-hoc analyses as needed
Key operational responsibilities:
• Project Management of the key initiatives with key role in coordinating deliverables from different stakeholders and secure the data quality on right time and that project objectives are delivered as per agreed time plan
• Plan and drive the performance reviews held internally and other stakeholders. Assure that data and analytical requirements of these reviews are met in due time
• Ad-hoc analysis as required

• PL Purchasing organization
• Global purchasing controlling
• Operations controlling
• Group Operations Finance
Reporting to: Manage Direct Materials, Global Purchasing
Qualifications:
• Financial, economics or engineering education - 5-7 years minimum experience in a finance position. (Preferably in a plant/operation and on a global level in purchasing function), a proven track record with good level of experience is a must
• Exposure to high commodity spend and large magnitude of data managing capability is a must as well as track record of running finance projects
• Prior purchasing controlling knowledge is highly desirable
• Exposure to digitalization of systems and knowledge of power BI or equivalent tools will be highly appreciated
• Good understanding of Direct Material (transaction) flow within a plant / company
• Self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervision
• Capable of setting priorities, meeting deadlines with strong initiative and decision making, problem solving and analytical skils, with attention to details and accuracy
• Ability and desire to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and comfortable with remote leadership and matrix organisation
• Excellent communication skills and Reporting/Synthesis capability
• Fluent English (spoken as well as written), any other language is an advantage
