What you'll do
Be responsible for coordinating and executing projects or programs globally for Cytiva. Your project team members will be located across the world, majority in US, Europe and India.
Report status to key stakeholder within the business
Responsible to identify and build a core team for your project
Responsible for your own project budget
Run Projects implementing of new/changed Product Regulations (ex RoHS, REACH, BPR, CE, KC, EAC, ETL and more)
Run Projects to implement new or updated system support within QARA/PGC Ownership.
Lead Kaizen efforts with help of DBS tools
Run Integration projects on behalf for QARA/PGC
Who you are
BS Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional global projects and shown that you can drive project activities to completion.
Experience in driving project with a Lean framework, especially when implementing new systems in a global environment.
Proven project management training (e.g. in project planning, cost control, risk analysis, project financials).
Ability to identify and present the key message in a condensed and structured way.
Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to increase performance.
Goal oriented team player and doer, a driven finisher, a doer, with flexibility to switch between projects and tasks
