The purpose of this position is to coordinate the creation of workshop manuals, increase the quality of documents as well as define a strategy which medium to be used and how to utilize content for support site, FAQ, etc as well. The second area of responsibility with less focus is the production & coordination of in-depth technical training material and as well conduct in-depth technical trainings.
Main accountabilities
• Develop, revise and sustain overall process for workshop manual creation in the same format and quality for the whole Husqvarna division
• Responsibility for content, supplier discussions and delivery of the workshop manual
• Focus on usability & practicability of content creation from a local user position (dealer technicians)
• Utilize a variety of techniques and formats, such as Quick guides, troubleshooting exercises, How-to Videos and Easy-to-follow instructions. This also includes future electronic guidance (e.g. fault isolation, augmented reality and other techniques).
• Utilize and align WM content with operator manuals, FAQ and technical training material
• Develop, revise and sustain technical training materials for the Husqvarna division equipment in a consistent standardized layout. This includes course curriculum, audio-visual content, ILT (instructor-led trainings)
• Support local trainers in set-up and execution of initial technical training sessions
• Cooperate with Global Training Manager and Global Technical Manager AS
• Close interaction with Product Quality, Product Category and R&D
• Ensure internal "customer first" focus within the team
Qualifications
• Detailed knowledge of Husqvarna products or same industry > 3 years
• Project leader capabilities for workshop manual creation
• Strong 2-stroke/4-stroke engine troubleshooting and engine failure analysis skills
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent in Swedish and English verbally and written (preferably also additional languages)
Skills/Personal profile
• Market experience of the forest and garden business
• Exceptional oral and interpersonal skills; ability to verbally communicate information clearly and concisely
• Ability to plan and organize, identify and solve field logistical problems
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Willing to travel up to 15-20 days
• Based in Huskvarna
