We are now looking for a Product Specialist to join our Platform Solutions team within the Solution Management department.

Who is your future team?
Our vision is to contribute to a smarter and safer world by providing market leading unique cloud-based connectivity service based on our patented technology. Our service is used by a number of close partners delivering cloud-based solutions on our HW.

The Service Platform team has product management responsibility for our shared functionality and services within Solution Management and is working in close cooperation with our Software Organization within R&D. The team consists of product managers and product specialists that together manage the entire life cycle of our solutions - from strategic planning to tactical activities and maintenance.

What you'll do here as Product Specialist?
As Product Specialist in the Service Platform team your focus will be on our external O3C service (One Click Cloud Connection). You will be managing the support to and daily relation to our partners, where you will be expected to provide expert input on development assistance and service operation, as well as handling the complex support cases. You will also work close to the developers within R&D to represent product management in the roadmap execution and in resolution of partner support cases.

Your work can be divided into four general areas:

* Assist partners to integrate and run the service and connected development of their own services. Mange our partner daily relations and collect extension and improvement possibilities. You will also assist in pre-sales discussions.
* Solve and prioritize support cases of a high complexity, either on your own, or in close cooperation with Axis engineers.
* Drive competence: Create training materials, run product training sessions, and write technical notes, FAQs and white papers.
* Take part in the development of new products/functionality, as an expert on customer needs, expectations and requirements. This includes involvement in internal projects, solution roll out and product documentation.

Even if O3C will be your own focus you will also work with other services and solutions managed within the team together with another product specialist. You will support and backup for one another and share workload. You will also work very close to your Product Manager assisting in roadmap and strategic activities.

We travel to strengthen relations but focus on digital media to become efficient. Travelling up to 15 days a year.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven and structured individual with experience and talent in problem solving. You are used to cloud services and have development experience We believe you have a service minded attitude and that you are practical when it comes to system operation and configuration. It is of great value if you have technical knowledge and experience from working with IP video technology and/or Axis video products.

You have social skills and an ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts. You enjoy a high-pace and to have multiple activities ongoing in parallel. You are always open to customers and colleagues, contributing to a good team spirit and a productive environment.

Furthermore, we believe you have:

* At least 5 years work experience.
* A pedagogic approach, both spoken and written, when explaining technical matters
* A deep understanding of cloud technology and preferably experience of system test, setup/configuration and trouble-shooting.
* Experience with IP networks, Linux operating system and cloud services is essential. Experience of IT administration and development is an advantage.
* Interest in and experience of documentation, including creating educational videos, creating internal support documentation, reviewing manuals etc.
* Excellent English skills, written and verbal.
* Swedish language skills: not essential, but an advantage.

The Solution Management Department
Solution Management is globally responsible for the solution offering, sales support and professional services. This includes product, service and roadmap management for device capabilities, device management, software, analytics and end-to-end solutions. In addition, we offer the regions project sales support and partner interface in technical and connected strategic matters. Platform Solutions is one out of five groups within Solution Management.
