Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Global Process Owner Projects, responsible for owning the AFRY Sales and Project Model from development to governance. In this role, you will also serve as a stream lead for Projects in the ongoing development of AFRY's updated ERP platform, playing a key part in our project management methodologies across our global operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and excellence in project delivery.
In this position you will work as part of a team located in various countries across the AFRY group. You will be heavily involved in Sales and Delivery processes, financial systems development, and global rollouts. The position can be located in EU, but most of the other team members are located in Northern Europe.
You report to the Head of Corporate Control & Investor relations.
Your key responsibilities include:
Owner of AFRY Sales and Project Model; global lifecycle - gates, milestones, phases, and descriptions of processes
Work stream led for Project workstream in the development of AFRY's updated ERP platform. Specifying and testing new functionalities in ERP system.
Working in close operation with global and local project teams to lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
Responsible for sales and delivery reports requirement gathering and specifications for Business Intelligence platform.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the person we are looking for has:
Master's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, engineering, or related field.
Relevant experience in project management within the engineering or construction industry, with a focus on both small and large-scale projects in an international environment.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of driving change and achieving results in a global, matrixed environment.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Confidence with working across multiple teams and locations.
Show understanding and leadership in dealing with cultural differences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to structure, prioritize and communicate information to various stakeholders.
Ability to travel is needed to successfully perform your duties.
