Job Summary

We are looking for an expert, who can be the trusted advisor for Package Performance related subjects for the markets globally.
In this role you will support customers with the knowledge and competence to solve and prevent package performance issues and as an output of that an increase in the customer satisfaction is expected. Also you will be playing an active role for coordination, mainly by acting as a bridge between development teams and markets. An important part of the work will be to develop the capabilities of the team members in the Central organization and in the Regions. By doing that you will be the Global Reference for Regions and Markets on Customer Package Quality.
The position is preferably based in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy. However, there is a flexibility on location in case of a profile match. This is a permanent position where you will travel around 30% of your time since our customers are located all over the world.
What you will do
As Global Package Performance Specialist you will:
Lead the technical resolutions of escalated and complex issues remotely and occasionally on site, supporting operational team to reach a Containment Solution and be able to hand over to the relevant competence area to secure Sustainable Containment Solution or Permanent Solution
Deliver competence development plan for Regional Package Performance Specialists to increase competence about Package Performance
Drive and update necessary documentations of procedures and guidelines to support Region and Customer
Support technical material training content development
We believe you have
A technical university degree within mechanics, physics or similar, but this is not a must
2 to 5 years of expert experience in Package Performance and a good knowledge of Packaging Systems including customer operational conditions
Knowledge about Converting Factory processes and the technicalities of Aseptic Filling Machine is a plus
We appreciate if you demonstrate any other genuine technical interests, and high level of passion in operative roles and technical hand on activitiet
A high command of both written and verbal English is necessary, knowledge of other languages is a plus
You are a collaborative, self-motivated person with strong analytical skills who can drive and coordinate activities
You are customer oriented and can establish and maintain a professional network
You have a passion to share knowledge to increase customer satisfaction and you are confident in issue-resolution
