Our client, Tobii Pro, is the business unit within Tobii Group that helps business and science professionals gain valuable insights into human behavior. Tobii are proud to provide world-leading eye tracking research products and services to distinguished customers such as Microsoft, L'oréal, Unilever, Coca Cola Company, Toyota and Alibaba China, including all of the top 50 universities in the world and 18 of the top 20 global advertising spenders.
This is a full-time consultant assignment which means that you will be employed by Studentwork and work at our customer company, Tobii Pro.
Worktasks
The Global Order Coordinator role includes, but is not limited, to the following activities:
• Global handling of orders in ERP and CRM system
• Be responsible for case queue in CRM system
• Close cooperation with logistics, support, finance, purchase and production
• Internal support to Sales team, resellers and subsidiaries
• Invoicing and credit handling
• Report errors in systems to responsible department or person
Your profile
You are a team player with previously experience of customer service and/or order handling. You are structured and accurate with good computer skills and fluent in Swedish and English language both in communication and writing.
It is qualified if you have earlier experience of working in ERP and/or CRM system and/or previously knowledge about export.
