As part of our ambitious 2020 strategy, we need your excellent supply chain and logistics insight to spearhead projects and align the organi-sation towards world-class logistics in our global area.
A TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL PROJECT MANAGERS
You will be working out from Stockholm and reporting to the Director of Global Logistics Development. Here, you will join an international team of experienced project managers in Denmark, Sweden, Germany and the UK working on optimisation projects across Global Logistics. You can look forward to meeting a team with a high level of competence where collabora-tion and sharing best practice is an integral part of our work day.
DEFINE AND IMPLEMENT BEST-IN-CLASS LOGISTIC PROCESSES
Define and implement best-in-class logistic processes
You will be driving improvements across transport, warehouse, planning and systems. In this way, you will develop and implement a cost-efficient logis-tics strategy, which will enable increased customer service, fleet and ware-house utilisation.
Moreover, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring cost-competitiveness through optimizing footprint, routes and equipment utilization, and realizing synergies across markets and aligning with initiatives from global logistics development.
• Supporting local market logistics responsible to deliver on projects and secure leveraging logistics expertise adding a value for the respective mar-kets
• Drive shared KPIs and analysis as well as our continuous development agen-da and Support service delivery to end customers
• Support logistics collaboration activities with customers and suppliers
• Develop strategic logistics footprint for our global logistics set-up
SUPPLY CHAIN MASTERMIND WITH CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MINDSET
You are more than used to working in global settings and are an excellent communicator who is able to build strong relationships with multiple stake-holders. With your continuous improvement mindset, strong planning com-petences and strategic perspective, you take initiative to drive tangible re-sults - and you unite and inspire our organisation around a shared agenda through your influence and strong communication skills. Your qualifications:
• You probably hold a master's degree in supply chain management, or you have another relevant academic degree.
• In addition to strong project management skills and logistics knowledge, you have an excellent toolbox to bring projects from idea to implementation.
• You hold a track record within change management and development
• You have a sound financial understanding and a keen commercial focus as well as the ability to understand local and global leverage.
