You can be located anywhere in Europe with an international airport nearby, preferred in France, Germany or Sweden.
About the opportunity
As a CI Expert you will receive a five week intensive L6S training (Lean, Lean Six Sigma and Design for Lean Six Sigma (DFSS)) that includes being paired with a CI Master (Master Black Belt) who will coach you during the process up until your certification.
You will be joining a multinational organization that is committed to your personal and professional development and have the chance to experience a broad range of projects. After successfully completing several projects and demonstrating your ability to effectively deliver change, you will certify as a CI Expert (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt). This CI Expert position can lead to higher management positions.
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for completing L6S projects, delivering the value determined and managing project teams. Besides leading projects, you will also coach, train, and mentor CI Lead Practitioners (Brown Belts) and partner with the organization on a site and/or in a support function to define further areas for improvement. You will be expected to play a major role in L6S deployment. This position requires traveling approximately 75% of the working time since the projects will be conducted both regionally and globally.
Candidate profile
We are looking for candidates who:
• have a Master's degree
• have +/- 6 years of relevant work experience
• have demonstrated high performance levels in current and previous roles
• are analytical, innovative, open-minded and results-oriented
• have excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• are able to travel extensively
It is an advantage if you meet one or more of these:
• experience in an international environment
• a manufacturing or commercial background
• some experience with project and/or line management
• exposure to or having working knowledge of L6S
• working knowledge of one or more of the main languages in our business: Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, German, French, Portuguese, Spanish and/or Chinese

The last step in the process will be a personal and professional assessment day. During this day you will complete a series of exercises that relate to the role of a future CI Expert.
