Your mission
In this position, you develop an optimized inventory plan for products, product lines and segments based on demand, actual orders, network lead times, available inventory and cost structure. You work hands-on with our finished goods inventory, and you manage the rules and directives on how to control, improve, drive and follow up our inventory performance - all in close collaboration with our commercial organization, logistics planning and other supply chain functions. To be able to fulfill our customers' demands you need to ensure the right amount of finished goods inventory and, at the same time, minimize stock levels and supply chain costs to help us establish a more profitable future. By providing accurate information and reliable data, you identify opportunities to improve our inventory efficiency and you support decision-making regarding our inventory plans.
Some of the keys to success in this role are:
• Ensuring the availability of finished goods with a balanced Net Working Capita
• Analyzing and optimizing inventory
• Setting inventory strategies and act as the operational contact
• Setting requirements towards the Distribution Centre structure
All in all, you're a major player in creating a strong ownership of our inventory network - a truly important part of our organization to say the least!
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a university degree in a relevant area, preferably in logistics or industrial economy. You have a few years' experience from inventory analytics and are an excellent Excel-user. It's advantageous if you have knowledge of Inventory optimization tools and PowerPoint. Working in a global organization calls for excellent English skills, while knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
