•
• Develop new and modifying existing forecasting methods, models
• Leading statistical tools and mindsets implementation through regular functional support for the regions and follow up with IT on the improvements
• Identify and implement streamlined forecasting process in all regions (activities & meetings) as part of replacement of outdated system
• Functional owner of the forecasting IT solutions
• Contribute into regional forecasting continuous improvement loop via sharing modern methodologies and trainings
• Contribute to best practice sharing and improvements of forecasting methodologies development to improve regional and global forecasting accuracy

Key tasks
•
• Develop, implement and support new Forecasting methodologies and process
• Lead the project for replacement of the old forecasting system/methods by the new one
• Lead Global Forecasting system and process Key user community to ensure constant improvement ideas income flow and implementation
• Work with Global IT and System teams to develop new Statistical forecasting models and solutions
• Monitor external and internal development and changes to be up to date in the forecasting area expertise
• Analytical skills - Quickly and accurately handle numbers, has relevant data at their fingertips, and who understands reports and can take proper decisions and make plans based on that. Quick and effective big amount of data management and ability to make business relevant conclusions out of this
• Problem solving & Critical mind - Look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings. Proactive with an ability and passion for finding new solutions, high flexibility and good with handling sometimes stressful situations. Ability to analyse situation and to solve the problem using "out of the box" solutions
• Communication - Present findings, or translate data into an understandable documentation. Write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas. Adopting the message to your audience to successfully cooperate with regions to achieve good results meanwhile challenging them when it comes to process & policy adherence
• Independence & determination - Open minded, result and delivery oriented team player who takes strong ownership of assigned activities. Not afraid to challenge and be challenged

Competencies / Characteristics
•
• A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience from Forecasting, System Development, Campaign planning; Supply Chain and process knowledge are beneficial.
• Sound knowledge of processes and business savvy.
• 1+ years of experience in FMCG in Managerial/Project management position
• Previous experience in the Multicultural environment/teams
• Ability to work with big data amount and get relevant conclusions out of it
• Good knowledge in SQL, Statistical methods, Microsoft Office, especially Excel; R-, Stata, SAS
• Very good English verbal and in writing
