About the role

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and creating value through proactive financial leadership? Volvo Construction Equipment is looking for a dedicated Finance Process Owner - Product Cost to lead and govern key finance processes related to operations and purchasing, ensuring clarity, compliance, and efficiency across our global organization. Drive and champion transformation as we move forward with the implementation of our new ERP-system landscape in the ODC (One Digital Core) Program.

What you will do:

* Act as a functional leader by defining, reviewing, and ensuring the quality of product cost related finance processes involving multiple stakeholders.
* Key owner of securing finance practices and processes connected to product cost in the current ERP implementation. Including but not limited to leading process rollouts, ensuring smooth implementation, data integrity, and change management.
* Provide guidance to e.g. IT and other project stakeholders on product cost related finance processes and compliance.
* Collaborate closely with your extended Finance Processes Owners network to maintain clear and compliant finance procedures, supporting the entire Volvo CE network.
* Develop and share best practices, directives, and guidelines within your area of expertise.
* Coordinate decision-making and approvals for process improvements and design topics.
* Prioritize business inputs to Volvo CE E2E ERP development and process enhancements.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end finance process associated with the full supply chain process from purchasing to manufacturing.
* Ad hoc business support

Who are you?

You have extensive experience of business or financial control in manufacturing and, or, purchasing. You are skilled in cross-functional collaboration by supporting and guiding others without taking ownership away from them. A proactive problem-solver, you have a keen eye for process harmonization and compliance. Additionally, you are passionate about continuous improvement and sharing best practices. With an open and positive attitude, you drive to improve. Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You are an effective communicator with strong English skills.
