The role will be a key driver towards the global standardization process development together with COMPASS-BPCoE, responsible for leading and globally govern all Process Development activities and global governance regarding Supply Chain Logistics and Warehousing. The role includes but not limits overseeing Global Transportation, Finished Goods Warehousing and Inventory, Planning of Primary and Secondary deliveries, Safety in our Warehouses, Sustainability, Planning Tools, etc. The individual will work cross functionally to secure integrated benefits and apply the standardized processes with the view to significantly improve processing, reporting and monitoring capabilities, adding value to Electrolux group.
Global Transportation and Warehousing - Develop standard delivery methods based on different business models (replenishment, Direct Delivery and MTO) aligned with COMPASS-BPCoE - Support the Sectors and Drive Logistics Footprint analysis - Assure full transparency in Global costs for deliveries and inventory storage & handling including spending for Customs and Broker - Collaborate with Transportation Purchasing on Sector specific and/or Global freight tenders - Develop a Make or Buy tool for Planning functions and Warehousing - Drive Global initiatives to reduce inventory
• Develop a Global Logistics Dashboard aligned with COMPASS-BPCoE
Safety - Drive Safety initiatives in Electrolux Warehouses in accordance to the Global Safety Program
Sustainability - Drive Sustainability initiatives with the Sectors to reduce our CO2 emissions
Organizational Leadership - Facilitate Global Best Practice exchange - Build a governance structure to support and lead logistics activities linked to the Global BPD process - Develop and train selected members of the global community - Develop logistics modules for the Supply Chain Academy aligned with COMPASS-BPCoE - Foster a positive working environment that encourages creative thinking and intelligent risk taking.
