We are now looking for a confident, professional and motivated Global Client Partner with key responsibility to ensure growth and performance for revenue and profitability targets for Telecom market in Nordic & Europe. The role is situated in Stockholm but flexibility for international travel is a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction and goals
Drive the creation of annual business plan and strategy
Develop value added consulting solutions, TCS thought leadership and offerings along with other service lines
Identify new opportunities & GTM opportunities in Telecom market
Manage the teams involved in serving Telecom customers
Help Telecom customer to drive revenue growth though building new revenue streams solution offerings like- M2M, IoT, eHealh, Big Data etc.
Maintaining and improving relationships with Client at operating and Executive levels.
Lead & discover solution development efforts to address customer pain points

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master?s degree or equivalent in Business Administration
At least 15 years? experience in the following:
Telecom Domain knowledge, IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery
Business development and creating GTM strategy
CXO level client relationship management
Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
FTTH, Customer Experience, Mobility, Analytics.
Experience of Heading\leading a Telecom Operations
Experience of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model
Fluent in English. Knowing Nordic languages is a plus
