MAIN MISSIONS
• Integration of the Mercure brand into the local market, manage sales and quality in equal measures, build relationships to grow the business
• Manage the existing team, coaching and training the Mercure norms wherever necessary
• Develop the Mercure concept and ensure that the highest possible standards are achieved at all times
• Ensure excellent hygiene practices are strictly adhered to whilst managing the food and beverage ratios
PROFILE
We are looking for a strong General Manager with a successful previous experience
He or She must:
• Have excellent interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills
• Be results orientated: have drive and ambition to achieve the highest possible results in revenue, quality and ultimately profit
• Have Sales skills in order to develop further the local integration and the corporate market
• Have excellent operational knowledge in room management, food and beverage
• Hands on manager who is not afraid to give operational help where needed
• He or she is part of the manager on duty system
Knowledge of the Swedish language is mandatory
