Your Role & Responsibilities:
You'll work as a member of a team in R&D focusing on extending the experience of our products with APIs.
You'll work on prototypes and solutions leveraging the frontend APIs of Qlik Sense.
You'll assemble cutting edge Web solutions with our frontend APIs.
You'll take part in discussions related to several integration techniques between common Web technologies and our products.
You'll build reusable UI libraries using Qlik Sense and cutting-edge Web development projects, including open-source and proprietary languages and tool sets.
You'll create highly interactive and practical interface extensions and integration off of the Qlik Sense and QIX platform.
Required Skills and Experience:
Several years of experience working on a commercial software product.
Strong understanding of DOM, JavaScript, HTML and CSS (including HTML5 and CSS3).
Ability to balance aesthetics with technical platform capabilities.
Experience building responsive and cross-browser compatible Web applications.
Experience in front-end debugging and optimization.
Extreme attention to detail with a passion for using cutting edge Web technologies.
Preferably, some experience with advanced Web frameworks for data visualizations and user experience, such as D3.js
User interface design processes and methodologies applied to Web-based applications and multiple devices
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated
Positive
Smart
Nice to have skills:
Experience in visual design.
Experience in working with AngularJS or similar libraries.
Experience in working with QlikView or Qlik Sense
Understanding of Web accessibility, ARIA and 508-compliance is a plus.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as PhotoShop, Illustrator, Visio, and Dreamweaver.
Business level English mandatory
