hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Acne Studios AB i Stockholm We are searching for a Front Desk Receptionist with an outgoing, energetic personality that can ensure first-rate customer service. This position will support a variety of daily responsibilities requiring superb customer service, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. The position is part time 75%, and will be based at Acne Studios headquarters in Stockholm.
Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
• Being the face of Acne Studios for all visitors
• Generating professional correspondence at all times
• Answering incoming calls - directing calls appropriately
• Receiving, posting, and distributing all incoming mail
• Ordering and maintaining general inventory of office supplies
• Assisting with the organization of company events (lunch events, company outings)
• Overall responsibility for internal and external business meeting arrangements

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 2 years' experience as a receptionist
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required
• An excellent communication and superior customer service skills
• An action oriented attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving
• A strong self-drive and a social and outgoing personality, with a positive and professional attitude
• Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills
• Organized and service minded, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be Independent but yet a team-player
• Dedicated to provide service
• Have the ability to multi-task, attention to detail and prioritization skills
