hela Sverige As a Freight Commercial Manager your main task is to drive profitable freight sales within the region. Your focus together with your team will be to improve Stena Line's market position among key customers and attractive cargo segments for overall route profitability.
As our colleague is leaving for new challenges we are now looking for a Freight Commercial Manager to join our Management Team within region Denmark!
What you will do?
• Develop and implement freight sales activities in line with regional business plan, group product portfolio and company strategy and which improves Stena Line's market position
• Manage and grow relationships with regional and local customers, providing customer solutions that will result in increased business and customer satisfaction
• Manage regional and local freight sales and marketing teams and align activities
• Work with Trade Manager to monitor freight bookings and forecasted volumes by segment to optimize pricing and achieve optimal customer/cargo mix for each route
• Actively participate in key account management, network sales and price management coordination across regions
Who you are?
You have a relevant academic degree and several years of experience from the transport/RoRo-industry in a similar position. Furthermore you have good negotiation skills, a high drive to stimulate and finalize business and a customer and solution oriented mindset. You are an excellent communicator, a high ability to work in a team and a great leader. Loyalty, integrity and dedication are of importance as well as flexibility and ability to adapt to changing environments.
Location and scope of position
Your base will be in Gothenburg but the position requires frequent travelling, mainly within the Denmark region.
