Job Description
Perido is searching for an Order administrator for a 12 month assignment (with possible extension) at our client, a global and well known technology company. The position is placed at their office nicely located a few minutes north of Stockholm City Centre. As Order administrator, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks. You will support our clients customers mainly within below areas:

• Order handling
• Price information
• Delivery information
• Forecast reports
• Collaborative and strategic AP1 Planning with SCM and KAM
• Weekly sales report

This includes, among a broad variety of responsibilities, that you will work with order handling (in SAP), price condition creation and handle price updates, build long-term relation with customers (where you will act professional and representative and provide accurate and timely information to customers), be responsible of update orders when delivery situation change, support in the forecast planning together with KAM and customers, report weekly sales data, etc.

To be successful in this role you need drive as well as a high level of confidence and the ability to multitask. You are logically minded and have the ability to prioritize and analyze when you are handling administrative work. Furthermore we believe that you enjoy teamwork and to communicate with team members, colleagues and external resources. Required qualifications

University degree within Business Administration / Economics/ Logistic or equivalent
OR
1-2 years related experience from: Order administration / Sales planning /Logistics area

• Thorough knowledge of Excel
• Excellent command of English and Finish; oral and written
• Ability to communicate in Swedish; oral and written
• Prior experience of SAP is a merit

Contract type and hours
Full time. Start as soon as possible. The duration of this assignment: 12 months with a possible extension.
