About the assignment
We are looking for a sharp marketing coordinator to take on a strategic role to develop a world-wide marketing program for our customer. The customer is market leader within digital search and digital marketing. You will join the Swedish marketing team which is based in downtown Stockholm but you will also be a part of the wider Northern European marketing team consisting of 25 people.
The assignment is planned to start July 10, 2017 and will continue until July 2018. It is a full-time position and the customer apply a standard of 37,5 working hours per week.
This is basically what you are supposed to do:
• Analyze data and initiatives and make a plan for going forward - including analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of events and campaigns
• Collaborate with local and Northern European Marketing and Sales teams to align activities
• Developing and scaling the educational agency strategy across the Northern European region including meeting quarterly targets and coordinate in-person and online trainings
• Plan and execute on various marketing campaigns incl running local campaigns
• Manage and fostering online communities
• Manage relations with both internal and external stakeholders - be the "go-to" contact person when questions about the Program.
You will play a key role in bringing the program to the world! However, you will not be alone in this work - you will have close cooperation with an international cross-functional team consisting of marketing, product, sales and support teams. The role will consist of approx. 50% of managing the local program initiatives in Finland and 50% of leading and driving initiatives across 6 markets in Northern Europe.
Now, let's talk about you!
You probably have a Bachelor degree with a strong academic record. 1-3 years of experience in marketing project management, sales administration, customer service or event coordination/management is a big plus. However, limited business experience is not an obstacle if you compensate it with hard work and hunger for results.
But more interesting is to talk about who you are:

• Strong interest in digital and the drive to develop yourself
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skills (incl proficiency in Excel and PPT)
• Data-driven decision making, analytical skills
• Fluent in English, Swedish and Finnish
