We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional Customer Adviser with excellent Swedish and Finnish skills to join our friendly customer service team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will involve:

• Engage with customers in telephone calls, emails, chat and social media

• Respond to customer emails through written communication

• Evaluate the customers' circumstances by asking effective questions

• Listen and understand what your customer is telling you, assess the circumstances and reach an outcome which is best for both the customer and the business

• Follow set guidelines and procedures when dealing with customers

• Deal with every customer in an appropriate, courteous and professional manner

What you'll need to succeed:

You will need a friendly and outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys dealing with people. You must demonstrate good attention to details and have the ability to work under pressure. An excellent professional telephone manner is essential for the role and passion for doing a good job and providing excellent service to our customers. As well as professional experience, you will also show a professional attitude to your work. To qualify for this position, you must have excellent/advanced written and oral communication skills in both Finnish and Swedish. Fluency in English is a plus since it's LensOn's internal working language, but not a requirement for this position since you will be handling Finnish- and Swedish speaking customers only

About the position:

This is a full-time position placed at LensOn's office at Kungsholmen in central Stockholm.
Working hours for this position is Monday to Friday from 08.15 until 17.00.
