Publiceringsdatum2016-05-06Dina arbetsuppgifterAs Financial Controller you will be part of a truly global team - with colleagues located at the Stockholm office as well as in Poland, India, France and all four Nordic countries. In this role, you will interact with a wide span of business stakeholders - CFO, Legal Finance Directors, head office in Paris, and internal and external auditors to mention some.
The Capgemini Nordic Region consists of 11 companies in four countries, generating ~700 MEUR annual revenue. Consolidation of the regional financial statements is carried out six times per year by the "Reporting & Treasury" team. The most central role of the team is to critically review the financial reports from our 11 companies to ensure correctness, and to perform consolidation processes such as eliminations, accounting for goodwill and special events, bridging between management and financial reporting, and equity reconciliations. Other duties of the team include management of regional banking activities as well as currency risk management and hedging.
The team members work in close collaboration in all aspects of the consolidation process, and strive to streamline processes and industrialize tasks and continuously develop the individuals in the team.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We're looking for a self-driven person, with an ability to deliver on demanding deadlines during reporting periods.
Furthermore, we believe the successful candidate would be able to show below skills/experiences:
• Minimum 3 years in a financial consolidation or audit role, or at least 6 years in other relevant roles within financial accounting and reporting.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, including ability to analyze bookings and reports, find and investigate issues, and to challenge and support the work of others.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Fluent business English, written and spoken
Candidates who want to truly stand out will also be able to show us:
• Experience of financial consolidation / group accounting
• Knowledge of IFRS and handling of differences to Swedish/Nordic GAAP
• Experience of corporate taxation issues and cashflow analysis
• Experience of SAP BusinessObjects financial consolidation system
