hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Minna Technologies AB i Göteborg We are looking for a Financial Controller keen to work in a broad role supporting all our business entities in Europe, US and Asia. As our Financial Controller, you report directly to our CFO and will contribute to all things related to accounting, reporting, financial statements and budget.
At Minna we connect global banks and fintechs with subscription businesses to give consumers real-time, self-serve subscription management in-app. We empower consumers to manage their subscriptions and recurring payments in one place with control, choice, convenience.
We are growing and hence we need scalable methods, often built on automations, for all financial operations. This is a transformation we will be looking at you to drive and further develop. As we are both headquartered and registered as a payment institute in Sweden you will be in touch with with Swedish governmental organizations such as Finansinspektionen, and support in audits.
You will be responsible for:
• Budgeting
• Investor reporting
• Accounting and reporting activities such as invoicing and payments
• Manage financial requirements such as capitalization of development costs
• Driving the financial audit processes
• Creating and analyzing financial reports and statements
• Financial vendor management
• Coordinate multi country payroll
• Expense management
• Making sure we manage risk, are compliant, follow laws and regulations from a financial and accounting perspective
You will thrive in this role if you:
• Want to use your extensive knowledge of Swedish and foreign bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations in a broad role
• Are used to working independently and don't shy away from taking ownership
• Looking forward to join a dynamic and fast evolving organization maintaining global markets and supporting future expansions
• Have some experience and/or interest in personell cost related practises and payroll queries to coordinate with our local partners
• Are curious when facing the unknown and motivated to learn
• Are truly excited about finding smarter and more cost-effective ways of working
