What's in it for you?
We are looking for a person who will work with owner's controlling, corporate projects and contract management for strategic co-operations, acquisitions, divestments and other contractual arrangements. You act in an international environment together with cross-functional teams to capture future business opportunities.
We are looking for a person with great experience of external and internal collaborations, project management and complex business transactions. You have a personal drive to change, great communication skills, ability to enthuse and a holistic view. You enjoy working as part of a team, but also have the ability to act independently.
What you'll do
• Owner's controlling of group companies including securing finance governance structure, preparation of management reports and realization of business case.
• External and internal collaborations
• Actively participate in corporate projects where the team is responsible to ensure good business case, balancing risks, compliance to policies and procedures, evaluate impact on financials, efficient processes etc.
• Finance project lead for cross-functional projects
• Understand industry and market standards and act upon rapid changes in the environment
• Monitor, analyze and act upon business performance
Do you fit the profile?
To be successful in this role you need to have a University degree in Finance, MBA or equivalent. You have 10 - 15 years of relevant working experience and experience from working in management teams. You are also fluent in English, written and spoken.
On a personal level, we believe that you have great analytical skills, strong business understanding and balanced risk approach. We also believe that you have high integrity and are an excellent organizer with a holistic view and an eye for details.
