We now have the pleasure of offering an entry level position for a driven finance graduate, in this full time, temporary position based in the Stockholm office. The position will be appointed as soon as possible and lasts until November/December. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable insight into the Northern European finance department of a global organization with strong well-known brands. In this role, you will be part of a young and efficient team working in a fast paced environment within the FMCG industry. You will be offered a training period, and thereafter work with dedicated projects and tasks within areas such as the below:
Key Accountabilities
• Provide support concerning the Weekly/Monthly reports updating from Volume to Net sales and full P&L. Follow up and preliminary of variance analysis.
• Support during the forecasting of the year, presented to European Management team.
• Continuous support in ad hoc projects within the Northern Europe finance department.
• In a phase more advanced: Financial follow-up and reconciliation of monthly actual P&L with specific focus on customer rebates and local overhead costs.
• Provide support regarding the monthly follow up of the Credit Management KPIs making sure that our customers pay on time.
Your profile
We believe that you are an outgoing and driven person, with a "Can Do" mindset, with a couple of years of work experience or recently graduated. We trust that you have an interest within finance and controlling and see this position as an opportunity to practice your theoretical knowledge of finance in a skilled, international, team. You are used to having responsibility, meeting deadlines and enjoy working independently. As a person you have strong analytical skills and a genuine interest for problem solving as well as numbers. Aside from this, you have a solid understanding of MS Office tools, especially Excel, and your verbal and written skills in English, and preferably also Swedish, are advanced. Some previous experience from working with Excel, financial analysis and reporting as well knowledge of SAP and BI is considered an advantage.
