We can offer you the opportunity to embark on an exciting journey as a field service technician, traveling the globe to perform service work, commissioning, and testing of Berg Propulsion mechanical propellers, hydraulics, and control systems on ships. As a representative of Berg Propulsion, you'll enjoy the satisfaction of hands-on work while fostering connections with international clients.
As a field service technician, you'll embark on a comprehensive training journey, immersing yourself in our product portfolio through guided field experiences alongside experienced colleagues. This immersive approach ensures you grasp the intricacies of both technology and industry in no time.
The position also includes:
Responsible for the planning and execution of the work at our customers' premises
Be involved in the development of new innovative products
Consult and provide customers with recommendations regarding possible upgrades to existing equipment

Your profile
We seek an enthusiastic field service technician with a technical background in electricity, mechanics, automation, or mechatronics, or equivalent experience. As a meticulous problem solver, you take pride in delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. You approach tasks with a structured and organized mindset, ensuring that commitments are met with utmost professionalism and a customer-centric focus. Your ability to thrive in social interactions and cultivate trust with our clientele is crucial in fostering lasting partnerships.
Furthermore, we would like you to have:
Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Class B driving licence
Passport issued within the European Union
