At Johnson Controls Marine Service in Norrköping, Sweden, we are now looking for a Field Service Support Coordinator to join our team in a role responsible for EHS administration and internal support - mainly service invoicing and financial follow-up.
Johnson Controls Marine Sweden supplies refrigeration systems for cruise ships and offshore installations, as well as related aftermarket services and products. The Marine team in Norrköping consists of about 60 people, of which appr. 30 belong to the Service department.
As our new Field Service Support Coordinator, you will enter an internal support role, where you will be involved in many aspects of our internationally and technically multi-disciplined service projects. As our entire customer invoices are amended by a comprehensive set of supporting documentation, you will be responsible for the successful coordination of information and documentation between our Field Service Engineers, our Project Managers and others in the Service Execution team.

How you will do it
• Provide day-to-day support to the Service Execution team by securing the flow of job documentation from our Field Service Engineers to our Project Managers and the Service Admin function.
• Issue service invoices based on inputs from Field Service Engineers and Project Managers.
• Collect various kinds of reporting from Field Service Engineers, such as Time Sheets, EHS Incident Reports, Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires, etc.
• Administrate and report into our internal EHS Management system, based on the inputs from Field Service Engineers (EHS incident reports).
• Provide EHS information to Field Service Engineers based on compilations of field inputs (supporting/producing so called "Tool Box Talks").
• Supporting our Field Service Engineers in keeping track of their Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and other job-specific safety gear.
• General support to Field Service management, involving:
o Issuing of purchase orders in our ERP system for work gear, tools, safety equipment and others.
o Logging and recording of tools - whereabouts, calibrations status and repair needs.
o Support in booking of travel arrangements for Field Service Engineers.
• Assist in the collection of data and compilation of reports - relating to Field Service activities - based on needs identified by Service Management and/or Finance management.
• Along with Field Service Manager, you will also serve as contact person for our globally travelling Field Service Engineers, whenever safety, practical issues or other support needs, arise in the field.
• Identify, initiate and drive process improvements in the Field Service documentation flow.
What we are looking for
We imagine that you are person with experience from a variety of disciplines with a flexible and service-minded approach to your work. You possess strong administrative skills alongside some experience and understanding of finance and accounting. You have experience in working in an ERP-system and you are an advanced user in MSOffice. As a person, you are also organized and attentive to detail. Finally, you are fluent in English and Swedish.
