Role:
As Inditex Facility Specialist you are supporting the business with your solution minded approach, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and overall sense of organization and project management. As Facility Service Specialist your main role is to provide good service to all stores in Nordic region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland). Your scope of influence will be primarily maintenance, security, reparation and constant communication with suppliers and our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all refurbishments and reparations in the region
• Managing all offers and negotiations with the suppliers
• Keep constant communication with stores and suppliers to coordinate appropriate action plans.
• Orders for stores ( general service, furniture, various materials )
• Support for stores and office
Skills and Attitudes:
• Has work experience in maintenance and/or construction
• Engineering background is advantage
• Proficiency in both, English and Swedish is required. Knowledge of Spanish is advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially good knowledge of excel.
As a person it is very important that you are service minded and flexible, that you like to work in a dynamic environment and that you have passion for organization. You need to have good communication skills, be able to work with deadlines, enjoy negotiating and solving problems. You will be in contact with many people inside and outside the company and that's why it's important that you feel comfortable building relations and be stress resilient. We are looking for a team player, since you will work in department of 3 people, but you will also be in constant communication with Area Operation and Area commercial teams.
